SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped from Miami, FL. While orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days after purchase [through USPS], orders may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and additional emails once your order has been shipped and delivered.

​Domestic (US): 3-5 business days.

​International (Outside US): 5-10 business days.

*Pre-order & Made to Order items will ship once stock becomes available or product is made. The estimated production time will be listed in the product description of the item. You will receive an email once it’s been shipped.
Pre-order shipping dates are subject to delays.
Pre-Orders / Made To Order products are not eligible for refunds. 

LOST / DAMAGED

PALLETT STUDIO™ is not liable for any misplaced or damaged packages. If the address provided upon checkout matches the address we have shipped your order to, and your tracking number reads as successfully shipped - we are not held responsible for your package [To open an investigation on a lost/damaged package contact the shipping courier]. Lost/Damaged packages are non-refundable. Certain misunderstandings may apply but evidence must be recorded, please contact project@pallettstudio.com and we will try our best to assist you with this matter.

RETURNS

All orders are subject to a FINAL SALE POLICY, meaning no returns are accepted unless PALLETT STUDIO™ assumes responsibility for defected products. To file a claim for a defected product upon arrival please contact project@pallettstudio.com .

Note*: Product must not be wear, and defection should be of such magnitude otherwise described in product's description. As some pieces are made by hand, margin of imperfection is accounted for in the final product.
